Strength governs melee damage, knockback, carry weight and melee stamina efficiency.

Why It Matters

Strength makes fights end faster and safer — more damage and stronger shoves mean more zombies on the ground. It also decides how much loot you can carry without the encumbrance moodle crippling you.

Strength rises through melee combat and through exercise routines. Unlike Fitness it levels comparatively faster, but it is still a long-term project worth a head start.
