Fitness governs endurance — how long you can fight, run and work before exhaustion sets in.

Why It Matters

Endurance is the hidden survival stat. An exhausted survivor swings slowly, misses and cannot flee. Fitness is the buffer that lets you survive a fight going wrong.

Fastest XP Methods

Fitness rises through sustained exertion — running and combat — and through deliberate exercise routines. It levels notoriously slowly, which is exactly why the Athletic trait is so valued.

Best Books

Fitness is trained primarily through activity rather than books; exercise consistency matters more than reading.

VHS Priority

Exercise VHS tapes can be followed for genuine Fitness gains and are worth collecting.

Common Mistakes

Neglecting Fitness because it has no flashy output, then dying to exhaustion in a fight that endurance would have won; over-exercising into injury.
