Fitness rises through sustained exertion — running and combat — and through deliberate exercise routines. It levels notoriously slowly, which is exactly why the Athletic trait is so valued.
Best Books
Fitness is trained primarily through activity rather than books; exercise consistency matters more than reading.

Exercise VHS tapes can be followed for genuine Fitness gains and are worth collecting.
